On Sunday, September 12, St. John’s will join with other congregations from across the country for a day of service to our local communities. “God’s work. Our hands.” Sunday is an opportunity to celebrate who we are as the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America — one church, freed in Christ to serve and love our neighbors.
Come to worship dressed for work (wear your blue St. John’s t-shirt)! After worship we’ll enjoy a hearty snack and get to work for a couple hours, 11am – 1pm. Or, come to the St. John’s church building at 10:30am for a blessing and instructions.
