Warrens Cranberry Festival

  • St. John's Lutheran Church 312 South Third Street Evansville, WI (map)

Did you know that the cranberry is Wisconsin's state fruit? Or that cranberry marshes help control erosion, filter water, slow the runoff of heavy rains, and replenish underground aquifers? St. John's is heading to Warrens to find out more about this sweet-tart fruit after 9:00am worship. After a couple of hours in the car, we can enjoy Cranberry Cream Puffs, Deep Fried Cranberries on a Stick, and Cranberry Funnel Cakes! With 850 Arts & Crafts booths, 350 Flea Market & Antiques booths, and 100+ Farmers Market booths, there will be plenty to do and see. We will meet at 10:15am in the parking lot, and will plan on returning at 6:00pm. Come enjoy some friends and cranberries! RSVP to Becca Poock at outreach@stjohns-lc.org
